Our caffeine-free version of the Cajun Chai. New Orleans Cajun food is notorious for its spices. The Cinnamon and Ginger give the tea the kick you would find in our food. It is great mixed with apple juice for a hot spiced cider! (Note: the tea is not spicey, it is spiced)
